You can cancel requests if they have not yet been started and provide a due date so we can ensure jobs meet their deadlines.

What is Fuzzy Logic?
Fuzzy Logic is a service that supports you with Business Technology. What makes us different is we offer a clear pricing structure based around a credit system where each credit is worth 15 minutes. Every month under a Lite or Pro subscription you will receive credits that can be used against any of our services, these credits can carry over a 12 month period once your contract has ended. Services are advised to you based on our extensive knowledge around business development but ultimately you are in control.
What is a Fuzzy Logic Dashboard?
Once you sign up to a Lite or Pro subscription, you gain access to your own dashboard where you can raise job requests, view all jobs, their status, estimated completion dates, times etc. You can also provide us with a due date so we know the urgency of your request and try our best to ensure deadlines are met for your business. You have the ability to cancel requests if they are still showing as “Processing”. You also have access to all your payments, all on one easy to use link that you can view on mobile, tablet or desktop.
Why would I need Fuzzy Logic?
How quick and reliable is Fuzzy Logic?
Once you raise a job request we analyse the ‘due date’ provided and prioritise around all other jobs raised. A job can be completed, if marked urgent, within 24 hours, but in most cases it’s within 48-72 hours. We trust our customers to provide a sustainable and honest due date with all jobs raised.
How do I pay? Where do I sign up?
Simply contact us and we start from there, we want to ensure that Fuzzy Logic is the right decision for your business before we move forward. Subscriptions are paid as a standing order/direct debit with invoices provided each month. For customers who insist to provide payment manually, we will provide that months credits upon receipt. The minimum term for Lite & Pro subscriptions are 6 months, 12 months will provide you with additional benefits.
How does the credit system work?
Once payment is received for that months subscription (Light or Pro) you will receive credits on your dashboard. For ‘Light’ you receive 12 credits, for ‘Pro you receive 20 credits, each month. Each credit is equal to roughly 15 minutes, so each time you require support with a small task it should only cost 1 credit. Credits can be carried over for 12 months past your contract end date.
